Wuxi Huajin Crane Co., Ltd. is one of the biggest specialized manufacturers for crane and metal structure projects in east China. Our company was founded in 1969, headquartered in Wuxi City; employing over 500 staff and mainly producing heavy crane machinery and steel structure constructions. Holding Level A Permit for bridge & door type fabrication and installation issued by the National Administration of Technical Quality Supervision, our main products include bridge cranes and door cranes under 900Tons and door-based cranes under 150 Tons. Awarded Level One Qualification Certificate for Steel Structure Project General Contracting, we are equipped with two sets of combined gentry lifting tower frames with automatic hydraulic lifting (falling) function. The individual set of this gantry lifting tower frame can handle 2500 Tons, while the combined two sets can handle 5000 Tons. The other set of gantry tower frame was designed by Tongji for a lifting capacity of 6500Tons. Our company has all-around capacity and qualification to install super big structures and lifting equipment. The total asset was RMB0.25 billion by the end of 2004. In 1999, ISO9001 International Quality Control System was fully implemented in the enterprise and certified in Jul. 2000. We were awarded the certificate of ISO18001 as well. Perfect control systems have been established in all the aspects including sales, production and after-sales, in order to guarantee full-range service for customers. 2) Powerful Technical Development Strength: The enterprise employs over 120 technicians of various specialties, among whom over 60 hold medium and high level technical titles. They assume the work of R&D, design and construction for heavy machinery and steel structure architecture. Huajin is equipped with the most advanced computers, plotters and CAD, 3D3S and PK design & computation software that can quickly provide design proposal, engineering equipment quotation, manufacturing and installation drawings and material summary list. At the same time, our enterprise can customize non-standard steel structures for customers according to their special product requirements. To meet the market need, our company has established long-term partnerships in crane design with the scientific research institutions of Wuhan Communication University, Scientific & Technologic Research Institute of Water Transportation. 3) Powerful Manufacturing Capability: The metal structure manufacturing capacity of the enterprise amounts to 50000 Tons a year and the annual sales volume reaches RMB0.5 billion. Covering an area of almost 150000 square meters with over 5000 square meters for buildings, we possess various advanced manufacturing equipment including door-type buried arc welding machine, automatic welding manufacturing line for H steel, full-range automatic steel-shot blasting machine, plasma cutting machine, non-destructive defect detector, material analyzer, etc. We started crane manufacturing in 1970. Since two sets of 25T door-based cranes were manufactured based on coordination in 1991, our company has manufactured and installed a variety of 10T and 25T door-based cranes, 50T and 100T series door-based cranes with different specifications and various harbor loading & unloading machines through cooperation with the crane manufacturers in the surrounding area. We have manufactured 150T door-based cranes and 300T door-based cranes with crane and steel structure manufacturing capability ranking at the leading position in this industry in Jiangsu Province.
